Who may use Nuna

Nuna is intended for parents, guardians, and authorized caregivers who manage information about a child. By using Nuna, you confirm that you have authority to create and manage that child profile.

Not medical advice

Nuna is not a medical device, diagnosis tool, emergency service, or substitute for pediatric, nutrition, dentistry, psychology, therapy, or other professional care.

Nuna may help organize memories, logs, and questions, but it must not be used to diagnose, treat, prevent, or make urgent decisions about any condition. For emergencies or health concerns, contact qualified professionals or emergency services.

Your responsibilities

• Enter accurate information and review AI suggestions before relying on them.
• Avoid entering unnecessary personal data about other people.
• Keep your device, account, and vault password secure.
• Export or back up your local data if you need your own copy.

Local-first data and availability

Nuna stores core vault data locally. Clearing browser/app data, losing a device, forgetting an encryption password, or uninstalling the app may cause data loss if you have not exported or backed up your data.

Accounts, billing, and cancellation

Free and Plus plan access may depend on the account and billing state shown in the app. Payments and subscription management are handled through Stripe-hosted checkout and customer portal flows where available.

If you cancel a paid subscription, access may continue until the end of the paid period shown in the app or Stripe portal.

Changes and suspension

Nuna may change features, limits, prices, or availability. Nuna may suspend access where needed to protect users, security, billing integrity, or legal compliance.
